The world's steel giant ArcelorMittal has commissioned Siemens Metals Technologies to upgrade the electric arc furnace (EAF) at its Esch-Belval steel facility for the continuous of operation in early 2013.Siemens will install equipment to improve and extend the production volumes by 10% from the existing process in order to decrease current conversion and repair costs.
